This policy explains how Pyliq Software Inc. ("Pyliq," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website or apps, including Bhabhi Getaway and Nomly. Each app may also publish its own policy with details specific to that app; where the two differ, the app-specific policy applies.

Information we collect

• Account information — such as a display name, email, or sign-in identifier if you create an account.
• Gameplay and usage data — actions taken in-app, matches played, session length, and similar activity.
• Device information — device type, operating system, and app version, used for compatibility and crash reporting.
• Communications — messages you send us for support, or in-app chat where a feature involves messaging other users.

How we use it

• To operate core features, like multiplayer matchmaking and chat.
• To maintain account security and prevent abuse or cheating.
• To fix bugs and improve app performance.
• To respond to support requests.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties except service providers who help us run the app (such as cloud hosting), and only to the extent needed to provide the service.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Uninstalling an app stops further data collection from that device, though some records may be retained as described below.

Data retention

We keep account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward to prevent fraud and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.
